ON-RAMP PACKAGE

Brand new to CrossFit? No problem! Our “On-Ramp Package” consists of 4 x one-on-one sessions with a Coach, teaching you the foundational movements of CrossFit, appropriate technique and how to perform them safely.

MONTHLY RATES

We have two levels of monthly memberships so you can continue improving yourself. Bronze level gets you programs at Crossfit Kenosha twice a week. Our Gold Unlimited level allows you to come in whenever you want and keep pushing yourself.
